Regular staff training is a necessary component and cornerstone of the company’s insistence on upholding its high standards. All staff members are trained in airline specific operations as well as fire safety, dangerous goods, ground security, handling of disruptive passengers, manual handling and ramp safety. We are also trained to accommodate passengers with disabilities and special needs. Additionally, employees are certified in flight turn around coordination and supervising aircraft loading. Each course has a validity period and is therefore conducted at regular intervals to ensure that our staff remains abreast of current practices and procedures.
