The V.C. Bird International Airport, located on the northeastern end of Antigua, is the point of entry for visitors arriving by air to Antigua and Barbuda.

Previously known as Coolidge International Airport, it was renamed in 1985 in honour of the first prime minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Sir Vere Cornwall Bird. Since then, many upgrades have been made to the terminal and its surroundings to ensure that the operation is comparable to international standards.

Entry Requirements

U.S., Canadian and most EU citizens do not require a visa to enter Antigua and Barbuda. A passport with a minimum of six months validity from the departure date is needed.
